ROBERTS Pressure Sensitive Flooring Adhesive Descriptions:
- Ideal for LVT/LVP, WPC/SPC, VCT/VET; all solid vinyl-backed carpet, carpet tiles and sheet goods; recycled rubber and underlayment
- Bonds with properly prepared concrete, flooring grade APA rated plywood, steel, marble, terrazzo, existing and well-bonded vinyl tile flooring (excluding self-stick), and radiant heated subfloors whose surface temperature does not exceed 85 degrees Fahrenheit
- For environmentally-controlled indoor use only
- Ultimate bond strength resists shearing and peeling
- Moisture Control Adhesive that won’t break down or emulsify when water is introduced – up to 12 lbs. MVER and 99% RH
- Up to 20 minutes open time and up to 40 minutes working time for permanent installations (wet-set method) on porous substrates only
- Up to 60 minutes tack time and up to 12 hours working time for releasable installations (tack-set method)
- Approximately 125 to 185 sq. ft. per gallon coverage when applied with a 1/16 in. x 1/16 in. x 1/16 in. square-notch trowel and 185 to 260 sq. ft. per gallon coverage when applied with a 1/16 in. x 1/32 in. x 1/32 in. U-notch trowel
- Approximately 250 to 350 sq. ft. per gallon coverage when applied with a 3/8 in. short nap roller and 90 to 120 sq. ft. per gallon coverage when applied with a 1/8 in. x 1/8 in. x 1/16 in. V-notch trowel
- When installed over existing hard surface floors, remove finish to allow a good mechanical bond
- Fresh adhesive is easily cleaned with warm, soapy water
